1. As per Government of Pakistan security regulations, it is mandatory for all guest’s photo IDs to prove their identity in case of Pakistanis with original CNICs and with Passport in case of foreigners, copy of which will be kept by the management.
    

2. The room rent is payable in advance in order to confirm the booking at the time of Check-In in cash, Cash cheques credit cards etc. The reservation will be confirmed after the guests settle prepayment in the amount of 100 per cent of the total days they intend to stay.
    

3. Rooms are required to be booked online in advance through Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia Airbnb or can be booked on our email address (info@orchardcottagekhi.com). “Management reserves right to refuse any booking for a solid reason i.e. having any technical issue in the room etc. Rooms are supposed to be booked at least 48 hours in advance of check-in time.
    

4. On arrival the guests must register themselves with the guest relationship officer on the desk, sign prescribed Performa, provide copies of CNIC, passports, with a valid visa, stating the purpose of visit/ stay etc.
    

5. Immoral activities are strictly prohibited viz: smoking, use of liquor or any other intoxicants prohibited under country laws/acts etc.
    

6.  All guests must take care of the property households, furniture, crockery etc. at ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL. In case of any damage to property, the guest involved will have to pay for it. The room, washroom, lounges and entire area will be cleaned daily by the housekeeping team. It is imperative upon the management to keep an eye on the housekeeping management team and visit the property once a week.

7. No loud music/ loudspeakers/DJ music etc. is allowed in the property.
    

8. Arms and ammunition of any sort are not allowed in the premises of ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL.
    

9. It is not permissible for the guest to bring any furniture and huge things on the premises.
    

10. The guests are requested to remove all their personal belongings and take them at the time of departure. After check out ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL will not be responsible for such belongings.
     

11. The Management of ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL is not allowed to permit any un-registered
     guests /visitors inside the rooms. However, the guests can use the lobby or dining area for any meetings with their visitors.
     

12. No female guest will be registered with male Guest for room booking unless she is a spouse or has a blood relation with the male guests such as Mother, Daughter, Sister, etc. i.e. termed MAHARAM in Islam.
     

13. Complimentary breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM &dinner from 7:30 PM to 10:30 in the Dining Hall situated at the ground floor. If a guest desires to have breakfast or dinner to be served in the room, a sum of RS. 1500/- will be charged.
     

14. All Rooms are non-smoking, and 100% smoke-free for reasons for a healthy safe environment. Guests are to ensure and bound to keep the environment healthy.
     

15. All Tobacco product is strictly prohibited in the room, viz Cigarette, Cigars, chewing Pan, Pan masalas, Cartridges, Strong smelling plants, Cooked food to maintain hygienic condition in the premises.
     

16. Front desk and housekeeping services are available round the clock.
     

17. Smoking in the premises of ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL is only allowed at the designated place at Ground floor i.e Smoking area.
     

18. Guest are responsible for their expenses when using services such as food deliveries, rent a car, laundry etc. For such services, the guest will have to pay in advance on the desk in order to guarantee the payment of expenses to be made on such services, the account for these services will be settled on daily basis.
     

19. The management of the ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL is not responsible for the safety of guest’s personal belongings and they have to take good care of things themselves. A safe has been provided in each room and guests are required to deposit their valuables in them.
     

20. Check-in time is 2:00 PM (1400 HRs) and check out time is 12:00 noon (1200 HRs). If a guest reaches after 6:00 PM without informing, the management has the right to rent out the room to another guest, and payment made will not be returned /reimbursed.
     

21. Rooms rates are available at the reception and on request by a call or email even. Price list of additional items such as meals and other services are on display at the relevant location for guest’s facility.
     

22. A children crib can be provided in Deluxe, Executive, VIP rooms on the rate of Rs1000/night rooms.
     

23. An extra folding bed/mattress could be provided in the Deluxe, Executive, VIP Rooms only at the rate of Rs. 2500/- per night for a mattress & Rs 5000/- per night for a folding bed.
     

24. For the special packages on weekends, New Year, Eid holiday birthday meeting celebrations etc. please do contact our sales officer.
     

25. All prices mentioned in tariff are exclusive of taxes. Taxes will be levied as per government rules.

26. The guests are obliged to settle the account before check out.
     

27. The guests are requested to take care of the fellow guests, avoid noise etc. in order to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
     

28.  Children under age should not be left alone in the ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL premises without adults’ supervision. Any loss to the material rendered by the children will be charged from their legal guardian.
     

29. Conference room/meeting room will be managed on demand on payment.
     

30. No room charges for infants and minor children will be levied but half rates for the children from 04 to 07
    years old will be charged.
     

31.  The ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL reserves the right to deduct from the guest’s credit cards any unpaid outstanding balance, late room charges, fumigation of the bedroom, damage etc.
     

32. The room cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to arrival. If this does not adhere, 1st night’s accommodation rent will be charged to the guest’s credit card that is securing the booking.  
     

33.    The ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL reserves the right to refuse a guest entry/accommodation if the management reasonably considers that the guest is intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol/drug and could create a disturbance.
     

34. The ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL reserves the right to cancel the reservation or expel the guest form the premises if he/she is causing a disturbance, indulge in quarreling, annoying irritating or teasing fellow guests.
     

35. All electrical appliances like fans, lights, air-conditioners, TV etc. must be switched off before leaving the room.
     

36. The guests are requested to avoid wastage of water, electricity etc.
     

37. Guests are requested to park their vehicles properly and safely at the designated place. ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL is not responsible for any loss or theft of vehicle.
     

38. There is no arrangement for servants/driver inside ORCHARDS COTTAGE HOTEL. The guest are requested to get them stayed outside at their own expenses. 
     

39. Room Electronic card key will be a responsibility of guest to return on check out time. In case of the loss of card, guest will be charged at the rate of Rs. 5000/- for each card.
     

40. Food is Strictly forbidden (not allowed )in all room of Orchards Cottage Hotel
     

41. . All food for eating will be Served in Dinning Hall located at Ground Floor.
     

42. Drivers /Servants are not allowed to stay overnight inside the Orchards Cottage Hotel.
     

43.  If any Guest found Smoking in Room, is liable to a fine of Rs 5000/-
